We do not offer jewelry insurance but highly encourage you to insure your jewelry. We are happy to provide recommendations for jewelry insurance if you would like.
Yes, a complimentary appraisal is included with every purchase.
For online sales we accept all major credit cards – Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard. For items in our retail store we accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, and wire transfers.
Prior to placing your order we encourage you to find out your true ring size. Some items, such as eternity bands, cannot be re-sized to be made bigger or smaller, so it is important to know what size you want to order. We recommend visiting a local jeweler who can help you determine your ring size. You can also print out our Ring Sizer and follow the instructions, but the most reliable method is to visit your local jeweler.
We carry a wide selection of both certified and non-certified Diamonds to fit your budget and criteria.
We only repair items purchased directly from Diamond Factory Dallas.
You have a lifetime warranty on your purchase. This warranty is non-transferable to another vendor and should your piece be worked on by another repair company, this warranty will be voided.
Many rings can be sized up or down if needed. However, some cannot – especially Diamond Eternity Bands. If you are unsure if a product you are interested in can be sized, feel free to give us a call at 972-980-8700.
We certainly are! We offer virtual consultations during our normal business hours and will send ideas, pictures, and drawings via email so you can be involved during the entire process.
Our upgrade policy applies to Diamonds only. You can receive full purchase price credit, for a Diamond originally purchased from us, towards a new Diamond purchased from us.
